What We Sell

We sell bespoke personalised artwork — birth flower family prints created from information you provide (names and birth months). Each piece is generated to order and printed on fine art paper by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi.

Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You accept these terms and conditions

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBR (£) and include any applicable taxes. As a non-VAT-registered Irish business, no VAT is charged separately.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Personalised Products

Each artwork is bespoke — created from the specific names and birth months you provide. As personalised products made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

Artwork Preview

You will see a preview of your artwork before completing your purchase. By proceeding to checkout after viewing the preview, you confirm that you are satisfied with the design.

Fulfilment

Orders are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi. Typical delivery times are:

  • UK: 5-7 working days
  • Ireland/EU: 7-10 working days
  • US: 7-12 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Intellectual Property

The artwork we create for you is for your personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute the artwork. The underlying design, brand, and generation process remain the intellectual property of Roots to Art.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us at hello@rootstoart.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
