What is a birth flower print?
Each month of the year has a traditional birth flower: just like birthstones, but with blooms. Your print brings together the birth flowers of your family members into a single composition, with each person's name set beneath their flower.

What art styles do you offer?
Three styles at launch: Watercolour Botanical, Line Illustration, and Dutch Golden Age. Each creates a very different feel — soft and romantic, clean and modern, or rich and dramatic.
What sizes are available?
A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 x 42 cm). Both are unframed, printed on heavyweight fine art paper.
About ordering
Can I see my artwork before I buy?
Yes. Your artwork is generated in real time — you watch it being composed. You see the finished piece before you reach checkout.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Because each print is created to order from the names and birth months you provide, we cannot make changes after the order is placed. Please double-check your details before purchasing.
What paper do you print on?
Museum-quality giclee fine art paper — the same stock used by professional art printers. Rich colour, beautiful texture, made to last.
Do the prints come framed?
Not at launch — prints are shipped unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your home. We may offer framing options in the future.
About delivery
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. UK, Ireland, EU, US, and beyond. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
UK: 5–7 working days. Ireland/EU: 7–10 working days. US: 7–12 working days. Production takes 2–3 working days before dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your print is dispatched.
About returns
Can I return my print?
Because each print is personalised and made to your specification, it is exempt from the standard cooling-off period under EU consumer law. However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you approved, we will replace it or refund you in full. Email hello@rootstoart.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Other questions
Is this AI art?
Your artwork is digitally composed using advanced image generation, but each piece is unique to your family. The names on your print are set in real type — never machine-generated text. We think of it as bespoke digital art, not AI art.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Absolutely — that is what most people do. You can ship directly to the recipient. We do not include pricing information in the package.
