What Data We Collect

When you place an order or interact with our site, we may collect:

Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not store your card details.

Family information you provide: the names and birth months you enter into our creation wizard to generate your artwork. This data is used solely to create your personalised print and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Browsing information: we use cookies and similar technologies (including the TikTok Pixel and Shopify analytics) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Fulfil your order (printing via our fulfilment partner Prodigi and shipping to your address)
  • Send you order confirmation and shipping updates
  • Respond to your enquiries
  • Improve our website and marketing
  • Send you referral communications only if you have explicitly opted in during checkout

Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers necessary to fulfil your order:

  • Prodigi (print fulfilment) — receives your shipping address and print file to manufacture and deliver your order
  • Shopify (e-commerce platform) — processes your order and payment
  • Stripe (payment processing, via Shopify Payments) — processes your card payment securely
  • TikTok (advertising) — receives anonymised browsing data via the TikTok Pixel for ad measurement

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Family Data

The names and birth months you enter to create your artwork are used solely for generating your personalised print. If you opt in to our family sharing feature, we will send a referral email to the family email addresses you provide — but only after the occasion date you specify, and only with the message you approve. We do not contact anyone you haven't explicitly asked us to.

Cookies

We use cookies for:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (cart, checkout, session)
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand site usage (Shopify analytics)
  • Advertising cookies — measure ad effectiveness (TikTok Pixel)

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Our cookie consent banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit the site.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Data Retention

We retain order data for 6 years (as required by Irish tax law). Artwork generation data (names and birth months) is retained for 12 months to enable reorders and customer support, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of last update.
