Personalised Products

Every Roots to Art print is bespoke: created from the names and birth months you provide. Under EU consumer law, personalised products made to your specification are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

You see a full preview of your artwork before purchasing, so you know exactly what you are getting.

When We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a full refund or replacement if:

  • Your print arrives damaged or defective
  • The print does not match the artwork you approved at checkout (wrong names, wrong flowers, wrong style)
  • Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 21 working days

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@rootstoart.com within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the order date if your order has not arrived). Please include your order number, a photo of the issue (for damaged or defective prints), and a description of the problem.

We aim to respond within 2 working days and resolve all claims within 7 working days.

What We Cannot Refund

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind after purchase (the product is personalised and you approved the preview), incorrect information provided by you (wrong names, wrong birth months), minor colour variations between screen preview and printed output (this is normal in fine art printing), or issues caused by third-party framing.
