How We Ship
All orders are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Prints are produced on museum-quality fine art paper and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Production typically takes 2–3 working days before dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 21 working days of the order date, please contact us at hello@rootstoart.com and we will investigate. We will offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost orders.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
